The triquetra, symbol of the Holy Trinity, surrounds the Etimasia, symbol of Pentecost—with:

  • the Father as a throne,
  • the Son as an open book, and the
  • Holy Spirit as a dove.
  • A “wheel of fire” with flames numbering twelve surrounds them to represent the twelve disciples.
  • A border of olive branches denotes a new order of peace and unity, as the Holy Spirit reverses the divisions caused by the Tower of Babel

Dare to Move from Dreams to Reality with Power and Presence

The day of Pentecost has arrived and calls us to move – to walk in the wind and fire of the Spirit, to feel, to allow exuberance to fill our bodies and souls. With those in Jerusalem on that day, may we dare to dream – to imagine – to let our breath be taken away – and to move forward in hope!

Come, Holy Spirit, Come!

Thanksgiving

We are called to give thanks and rejoice in all circumstances. Today we ring & sing songs and use the Alphabet to help count blessings and give thanks. Join in worship to discover ways we might live as Beloveds of God who extend Goodness in the world. May your heart be filled with peace as we center, sing, and pray.
